Bar Entrance: Our bar entrance is wheelchair accessible only with a ramp. We keep a ramp on site at all times.

Dining Areas: The rest of the site is wheelchair accessible without any lifts of stairs once through the Bar entrance threshold, including the snug, arboretum and main restaurant.

Restrooms: Our dedicated accessible toilet in the Bar area is equipped with accessible facilities, including assistance pull cords, grab bars, sufficient space for wheelchair users, and washbasins at the appropriate height.

Visual Impairment
Menu Options: Large print menus are available upon request. Our team are trained to assist guests with visual impairments in reading and selecting menu items. Off-the-shelf prescription reading glasses are available on request.

Hearing Impairment
Assistance: Background music is played throughout the restaurant at a low ambient level, with thoughtful table placement available on request in advance, which our team will do their best to accommodate.
